POLICY
- The job profile along with the eligibility criteria will be displayed on the college website under Placement Notice Board
- All the students are supposed to fill in registration form (given below in download), without this no placement will take place.
- Interested and eligible students should register themselves 3 days before the recruitment drive by submitting the 2 hard copies of their updated resumes along with two latest photographs (in formal attire).
- Every Registered Student will have to give consent that he/she will positively attend the placement drive failing which the student will be marked absent for that particular drive and will also be fined as per the institute’s policy.
- Each student will be given a maximum of three attempts in campus placement drives.
- Student, once selected, will not be allowed to appear in any placement drive unless there is substantial rise in the annual package offered.
- For any queries regarding placements students can contact Training and Placement Cell.
- It is the responsibility of the student to check announcements / notices / updated information / shortlisted names etc. on the notice board /college website / mails.
- Students must wear their ID cards whenever they are attending the selection process. There is no entry without ID cards.
- Late comers for Aptitude test / GD / Interview will not be allowed to appear for the selection process.
- During recruitments, the student should not communicate directly with the company either in person, via email or a phone call asking for the results or any other further information. Communication between the company and a student must happen via the placement office only. Any unruly behavior compromising the reputation of the institute shall deem the student ineligible for future placements.
- Students who have poor academic performance (less than 7 CGPA) and more than 3 backlogs till 6th semester are advised not to register for placements. However, those students are permitted to sit for the companies which do not have CGPA constraints.
- Students are advised to have decent dress and pleasing manners when they appear for the interview with the representatives of the recruiting company.
- Students should take every effort to maintain the decorum and the image of the institute with the visiting representatives of the organisation.
- If a candidate who has forwarded his / her resume for a particular company and decides not to appear for the test / interview, he / she should take the permission for not attending the interview. This will not only enable the placement cell to give an accurate estimate of the number of candidates appearing for the interview to the company, but also help other students who would otherwise miss out on a good chance.
- Students violating any of the above mentioned rules and regulations or found indulging in any act of indiscipline / misbehavior thereby earning a bad name for the Institute will be debarred from availing any further placement facilities and is liable for strict disciplinary action.
