Prin. Dr. Sunil Karve is distinguished educationist, social activists, corporate trainer & researcher with more than three decades of experience. He is Chairman of Ad-hoc Board of Studies in Banking & Finance, Investment management of University of Mumbai and former member of Adhoc Board of Studies in Trade, Transport & Industry. He is formal member Research Recognition Committee in Commerce & Management & also a member of screening committee for Postdoctoral Fellowship proposals of Savitribai Phule Pune University. He is also member of knowledge (skill & education) committee of eminent organisation IMC-Chamber of Commerce & Industry/

He is also member of academic council of KBS for PGDM programme, Member of Board of Studies in Somaiya Vidyavihar University (college of education), member College Development Committee of Chembur College of education, Wilson College. 

After working for more than two decades as a director of management institute conducting MMS & PGDM programmes, and now he is currently working as a principal in Ramji Assar Vidyalaya Wadi Trust’s Laxmichand Golwala College of Commerce and Economics, Ghatkopar College is reaccredited by NAAC with B++ grade in second cycle.

He has received patent rights for the title of the invention “Artificial Intelligence and IOT Based Smart House for Activity Recognition of Old Age People”. He has also U.K. design patent right to his credit title “AI based smart glasses for determining retinal stress’ from Intellectual property office, United kingdom”. Also he has Witten book title “Market Research Understanding and Measuring B2B Business” published by Canadian publisher. Also my next book in under review titled “Understanding basics of global business”

He is approved Post Graduate teacher for MMS and M.com. He is an approved Research Guide of University of Mumbai in Business Policy and Administration and also associated with SNDT and other 13 different Indian Universities in the field of research. He has successfully guided 6 M.Phil. and 8 Ph.D. scholars and worked as external examiner for Viva Voce in Pune University, Bharathi Vidyapeeth, YCMOU etc. 

His 58 research papers are published in journals and conference proceedings. He has edited 06 books on various aspects of management. He is recipient of many awards.

 He has served as a V.C. Nominee on selection committee of Mumbai University as subject expert, member of LIC, member of scrutiny committee, paper setter & moderator etc. He has served as V.C nominee on Governing Body and College development committee of different colleges in Mumbai University. He has conducted academic and administrative audit of many colleges. He also worked as a Judge for Avishkar Research Competition of University of Mumbai.

 He is member of the editorial board of several magazines and journals. He chaired technical sessions of many national and international conferences and has been invited as a resource person. He is a founder & editor of formerly UGC approved Abhinav Journal & Sai Om Publications. He worked as Expert Evaluator for the visiting team for Accreditation / Quality Assessment of colleges. He was a member of UGC & FICCI delegation in Promotion of Indian Higher Education Abroad Programme.

He has conducted many training programmes on Hasya Yoga, soft skills, basics of finance, leadership, recent trends in HR etc.  He is a Consultant to corporate houses and to educational institutions for higher education & international schools.

He is working with many NGOs working for poor, Adivasi children, senior citizens and transgender.
